Village of Mapleton
Where Family Roots Grow Deep

Harvey Stidham, a very valuable trustee of the village, has resigned today.  Harvey has accepted a transfer to the Houston, Texas area.  He will be missed for his knowledge, concern for the village and his sense of humor.  We wish him the best!

Spring Clean up Days will be May 20 and 21 at the water tower.  No electronics, appliances or chemicals are allowed.

SENIOR LUNCH - WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29 AT NOON VILLAGE HALL.
We will be serving corned beef, cabbage, carrots & potatoes. Drinks will be provided.  Please bring a side dish or dessert to share and your own table service.  Bingo will be played immediately after the meal.

OFFICE HOURS FOR CLERK:  8 AM - 12 (or 1) PM Monday - Thursday.  Clerk sometimes goes to the bank or has to run an errand so make sure she is in before you stop by.  She can also meet with you after hours in an emergency.

Important!  Our Village of Mapleton Municipal Code, ordinances and zoning only apply to those residents who actually live in the village of Mapleton even though your address may be Mapleton.

Please make sure the village has a correct, working phone number to notify you if there is an issue with your water account.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
The clerk can now provide notary services to the residents of the village at no charge.  Call the office to set up a time or to make sure she is available.
